For this project, I was asked to create the title graphics for a series of videos highlighting Marriott’s Luxury Collection.
To complement the opulence of the videos, I used scanned textures (process below) to add a warm and organic touch.
After printing on transparency paper, the print was scanned upside-down to create a bloom effect in the final image.
The scanned image after flipping and inverting.
After levels adjustment and a warming filter.
Applied over the final image/video with a multiply blending mode.
